Dalek Cann was one of the Daleks that made up the Cult of Skaro in the Doctor Who universe. It was Dalek Caan, Thay, and Sec that extracted the brain waves of Dr. Singh, killing him.
It is unknown if Dalek Caan or any other Cult member (except Dalek Sec) was sucked into the Void.
